Booking Process:

Your call will be received by our concerned team and a mail will be sent to you about the availability of accommodation. All required details will be mentioned in the mail.

To confirm your booking, please send us an email for our account details and kindly deposit 50% or the total estimated amount into our account and send us a snapshot of the online transfer.

Once the booking has been made please adhere to these rules to make the process hassle free.

  • The booking date cannot be postponed if the date of booking is within a week.
  • The balance amount has to be paid before the check-out.
  • Credit cards, debit cards and cheques are not accepted at The Aamantrana Retreat

Cancellation Process:

  • If cancelled within 10 days of the check-in date 25% of the advance amount will be deducted.
  • Above 10 days from the booking date only Rs 500 will be deducted from the advance amount.
  • If cancelled within 7 days of check-in, there will be absolutely no refund given.
  • Postponement will be at our sole discretion.
  • Cancellation after check- in: If the guests check out earlier than the committed date, they are still required to pay for the entire duration.

Payment Mode:

A minimum of 50% of the estimated amount has to be deposited into our account or you can also transfer the full amount before check-in or by cash before you check-out.

Accommodation:

  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our homestay premises, is strictly prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you.
    • It is illegal to threaten, defame, abuse, harass, degrade, intimidate or use explicit language;
  • We offer multi and local cuisine (Malnad Food).
  • Rates include all three meals and meals are on a fixed menu basis.
  • Coffee/tea is served 3 times a day which is part of your package.
  • No food service to rooms.
  • Dinner timing closes sharp at 10’o Clock.
  • Booking cancellation has to be confirmed at least 7 days before the booking date.
  • Charges for  transfers from Shimoga bus stand by car or jeep at extra cost.
  • All applicable extra charges to be settled at the time of check out.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The confirmed booking is transferable.
  • We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this Terms and conditions.
  • Any misconduct during your stay which breaches the terms and conditions of the Homestay will be reported to the police.

Check in/out Time:

  • Check in 12 noon & Check out 11 am
  • Identity Proof

Certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to access the premises of the Homestay. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
